Terms & Conditions

Updated 28 October 2026. This website introduces Aussie Tree Fellers and lets you enquire about tree services. General information, photographs and council links help you plan an enquiry; they do not replace an assessment of your tree and property. Sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking, price, work date or emergency response. Please contact our family team to discuss your needs.

Every property and tree is different. We assess the tree, access and surroundings before confirming a work method and quote. The agreed quote sets out the work and price. Cleanup is included; stump grinding is optional and must be included in the agreed scope if required. Let us know about site access, nearby structures, overhead services and any restrictions. Check the relevant council or authority requirements before work begins. Council links on this website provide general guidance and do not grant approval.

For questions about a quote, agreed work or this website, call 0405 949 253 or email info@aussietreefellers.com.au. If you have a concern, please tell us the property, work involved and how to contact you so we can review it with you. Nothing on this website limits rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law. Specific job arrangements are discussed and agreed directly with our team.
